 This podcast will address topics such as mental health, addiction, senior isolation, and more, from the perspective of South Asian youth and adults. Rather than pretending these issues do not exist, we are determined to uncover the Hidden Voices behind these issues and to provide a safe conversational space for members of our community.

Let's talk Mental Health:

Thank you so much to Aman Dhillon for discussing the stigmas of Mental Health within our South Asian community. Aman explained how therapy can be used as a tool to understand your life, regardless of how big or small the issues may seem.

Aman also discussed how to support family or friends who are affected by substance abuse, and the ways in which we can start a conversation about these topics.

We are extremely proud to announce our 2020 South Asian Womanpreneur grant recipients! Please meet 4 amazing ladies that made it to the top 20 out of 149 participants.
